3x100+84 refers to an inline skate frame which accommodates three 100mm (millimeter) wheels in the front and two back wheel positions, with an 84mm wheel in the second to front position; generally these frames have the same length as a 5x80 frame at 12.8 inches. This design also allows the frame height to be similar to that of a 5x84 frame, as the 84mm wheel is under the front mounting bolt on the boot.

4x100 refers to an inline skate frame which accommodates four 100mm (millimeter) wheels, generally with a length of 12.8 to 13.3 inches; frames based on 7.5" spacing between the two bolts that mount the frame to the boot are generally lower in height than those based on the older 6.5" spacing. Some manufacturers are experimenting with 3-bolt and other proprietary mounting systems.

Bicycling in Greensboro is a group of citizens hoping to encourage bicycling and other forms of human powered transportation in Greensboro as options for communting and recreation.

The GWB is the George Washington Bridge, which joins New Jersey with New York in upper Manhattan. Walking, skating and cycling are allowed on the southern side of the east-west (roughly) running bridge. LSD is often used early in the season for "base" training, but it can be all the training some people do if their goals are mostly for basic health or for events where endurance is essential.
