Paul's Cycling and Fitness T2T Training Ride, Winston (raincheck!)

Blake and I will be taking part in the last T2T training ride of the year, this Saturday a.m. (9.2.06). Come out and join us!! The probability of precipitation is only 1% until 11am, even if this has been the year of 'show up even if it's raining right now!' (remember the Tour de Lions).

Anyway, here is some more info about this free training ride, which was rained out previously in the season. Feel free to Google directions yourself, as I have not been able to check them.

Training Ride - last ride

Paul's Cycling and Fitness in Winston will have a ride this Saturday tomake up for their rained out ride earlier in the month. They're repeating last year's great route, which will include three options of 17, 28.5, or 40 miles.  To find it from I-40 West, take the Silas Creek Pkwy exit. Turn left at the end of the ramp. Turn right at the first light, Buchanan Street. From I-40 East take the Peter's Creek Pkwy exitand turn left. Turn right onto Silas Creek Pkwy and left onto Buchanan.The store is behind the Texaco. For more details you can call the shop at 777-1002.  Registration opens at 7:30; the ride starts at 8:30.
